If it is a good fit, complete secure intake paperwork and upload insurance information through the approved clinical system only.
Attend the evaluation
Join the initial psychiatric evaluation from a private place while physically in Pennsylvania.

Private pay
A superbill is an itemized receipt with information an insurance company may need for a patient-submitted reimbursement claim.
Ask your insurer whether they accept superbills. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.

Use the approved clinical system for intake paperwork, insurance uploads, and clinical details. Email and text should be limited to general scheduling questions.
Please provide 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur fees. This helps keep times available to other patients waiting.
